Quotes provided on the website or by our consultants are for reference only. The official price is confirmed in writing/email after Golden Label VN receives complete information on quantity, material, size, and technical requirements. An order is considered confirmed once both parties agree in writing.

2. Design Files and Intellectual Property

Design files provided by customers (if any) are used by Golden Label VN solely for producing the related order and will not be used for other purposes without the customer's consent. Customers represent that they hold all necessary rights to the content, images, and brand materials submitted for production.

3. Payment and Delivery

Payment terms, delivery time, and shipping method are agreed upon per order and specified in the quotation or official contract.

4. Warranty and Complaints

Golden Label VN commits to delivering products according to confirmed specifications. Quality complaints must be reported within 07 days of receipt, together with photos/samples for verification.
